Oct. 14, 2005... Friday

     Well, it wasn't that long since I last blogged!  Getting better at this. I decided to come here more~  found out some of my qf friends are blogging on xanga.. that is so cool! 

      Last night we had our mom's night out. I did devotion. It went ok. I was pretty nervous.  I spoke on loving our husbands and enjoying our children.  So often I see mom's just stressing over so many things and the children growing up and gone.

      I shared about Michael's letter to me~ how I cherish it.  How I miss him. How if I had it to do over again... I would read more to him, look for bugs with him more and take his face in my hands and smile at him and tell him how thankful I am to be his mom!  I am so blessed to be the mom of 6.   For God to allow me to even be a mother is so awesome.  I fall so short... but because of His great love and mercy.. He picks me up and sets me on my feet again and says "my child, keep on pressing toward the mark, I love you!"   We are praying that God will indeed bless us a seventh time....   oh how great that would be!  We already have some names... Gabriel for sure if it is a boy, and not sure about a girls....  Savannah Joy or I love Emma Grace     Look at me....  telling names and I am not even expecting! 

          I am still praying for Luke~  www.howsluke.blogspot.com  the little boy who drowned last year and was revived. God continues to heal him.  He can stand now between his daddy's legs...   it is a great testimony.  Go check it out!  Tell them you are praying for them.  

           Well, Mandi & Dakota went to an ACA game.  So  Billy and I are here with the three little ones.   I am going to go outside and play with them.  We might take a ride on our new "mule"    For those of you who do not know what that is... it isn't a donkey   it is like a golf cart.

Sept. 30, 2005 Friday~

        Well, today is my birthday.  I am 44.  Haven't posted in a long time. My children are growing older as I am.  My oldest asked me out for my birthday   such a wonderful son!    Love ya, Mike!   School is going ok.  Not doing as much as  I would like~ 

           Mandi bought me a $10 gift certificate to Brusters!  I am on a diet now... but when I "treat" myself it will be lovely!  We love white turtle

Wow, its been awhile! Life is too busy and I forgot to check.  Our little guys are now 3 and almost 2! My oldest will be 20 this month!   We are enjoying the summer~ would be  a little more if our Wesley wasn't in a cast!  He gets it off this coming Wednesday!  Then we are going to hit the WATER!! Last time I was here... I talked about PDL and how it was a great book. I have found ANOTHER but this one is so very powerful....not for MEN but for women! It is called "Created to be his helpmeet" and it has really touched me in a mighty way!

I would recommend it to all married woman and ones getting married.  It is so simple and such an eye opener!

Even after 24+ yrs of marriage~ I am still learning.

Hi, Everyone! Trying to get  this site going but toooo busy! My son, Michael has one so I wanted one too!! I do not have a picture of ME so I put my youngest two children under my profile! I have 4 other children.  I love them so much! God is such an awesome God and I am so very thankful for HIS love for me...  when HE saved me with HIS redeeming love .... when I was 19 yrs old!! Jn. 3:16.We are back into the school routine and I am busy all the time. Life is good.... hard at times but I know this is the plan God has for me.  I will share more later as all of you know...
